Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickMCP open source library ("the Library"), its documentation, and related resources. QuickMCP is an open source .NET library for creating MCP servers with OpenAPI and Google Discovery specifications.

By using the QuickMCP library, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Library. If you are using the Library on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Open Source License

QuickMCP is released under the MIT License. The full text of the license can be found in the LICENSE file in the GitHub repository.

Permissions

Under the MIT License, you are granted permission, free of charge, to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Library, subject to the following conditions:

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website or by contacting us. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
• Your User Content does not contain material that is false, intentionally misleading, or defamatory
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation

Content Monitoring

We do not control, and have no obligation to monitor, User Content. However, we reserve the right to review, remove, or modify User Content at our sole discretion, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Services in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services
• Using any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Services
• Introducing any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful material
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
• Using the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL QUICKMCP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuickMCP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within San Francisco County, California.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
